Firestone Complete Auto Care

I went to Firestone to get new tires. The staff was very knowledgeable and gave me the best deal in the world. I was very happy with the service my tires were in really bad shape and one of the staff members name is Chris. He looked at my tires and suggested the best deal for me because I needed to get transportation and I was thankful that I got my tires at that particular Firestone store. The service was friendly and fast and I didn't have to wait very long. Thank you so much. I would recommend this Firestone tire company to my coworkers in friends.

Our family has gone to Firestone ongoing due to their care and service on all of our vehicles. Recently, I went to the location on Stickney Point and continue to have the same experience throughout their locations throughout Bradenton/Sarasota. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and kept me informed and updated on the service they were doing. Had it all done the same day!

Some places just make you want to leave a review… Would I recommend this place? Definitely not, and I’ll tell you why: The last thing you need is that the employee who works for a store that you are about to spend your hard earned money to give you a shitty experience, but given your necessity (flat tire) you still spend the money there anyways. The guy who checked me in just seemed to hate to be there, and I felt that every question I asked it was clearly bothering him. After the mechanic looked at my flat tire and came to discuss with me, same thing. They didn’t even care to hide in their faces. The older gentleman at the end who actually delivered me the bad news that I needed a tire replacement was the most cordial one, and despite the bad news, he knew how to talk to genuinely deal with people. On top of all that, I was charged the full price for a “plug-patch” service even through the service was not performed because my tire could not be fixed. I was told that would be the cost for just inspecting my tire. Hope this review helps you reconsider if you are planning on taking your car to this location.

Highly recommend! The management team at this location is top notch. I now have 2 experiences including an oil change on my Range Rover Sport & a new set of Michelin Pilot Sport All Season VI. Both experienced have been amazing. Their prices are much better than the local competition I price checked. Service was spot on. Keep up the great work! 2121 Stickney Point, Sarasota Alignment.

Chris was super friendly and pleasant ! I came in on my way to work to have a tire patched up, expected it to take a while since there were other people waiting first thing in the morning when I came to drop it off, but to my surprise they took care of my car within 20 minutes! I know it was a lighter job than the others but still, I was happy they got it taken care of super quick! The price seemed fairly reasonable and I was also pleased that they were open on a Sunday when normally shops are not. Thank you so much Chris and team!!! 👍
